About Keen Physique
We want to work with you to create individualised training and advice in order for you to achieve your goals and ‘find your balance’.
Whether you’re wanting to increase strength, learn and improve calisthenic movements, lose weight and alter body composition, or require sport specific fitness, Keen Physique can help you!
Additionally, Keen Physique’s head trainer, Matt McKean, has been vegan since 2015. Incorporating more plant-based foods into your diet can greatly improve your health, and Matt can offer great advice in doing so.
He has also been a fully qualified and practising Podiatrist since 2012. The knowledge and experience he has gained throughout this career enable a deeper understanding of the body and its function to be applied to his client’s training.

We have partnered with Eden Projects; a non-profit organisation who provide fair-wage employment to some of the most impoverished villagers on our planet. These villagers – from countries such as Nepal, Madagascar, Haiti, Indonesia, Mozambique, Kenya, and Central America – are regenerating ecosystems while empowering their local community.
